Based in the Bradford area, Chris Lewis holds a BA Honours degree from the University of Reading, a postgraduate  Certificate of Advanced Studies from the Royal Academy of Music and a Music PGCE from The Open University. He performs regularly with orchestras and other ensembles  across the north of England, and is currently Musical Director of The Queensbury Music Centre Brass Band.

 

During his teaching career Chris has worked as Director of Music at a number of prestigious schools, both in the UK and abroad. He has been an examiner for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) and is a member of the Independent Society of Musicians (ISM).
